(Reuters)- Embraer expects to deliver a record number of Ipanema agricultural aircraft this year, following a positive 2023 driven by strong performance in agribusiness, the company told Reuters on Monday.
Deliveries of the Ipanema are expected to reach 70 units in 2024, compared to 65 last year. The previous record is 67 aircraft of this model, achieved in 2011.
Each Ipanema aircraft is sold at a list price of 3,6 million reais, according to Embraer.
Orders for the aircraft last year reached a record 70 units, compared to 66 the previous year.
